Northwich councillors Gaynor Sinar, Helen Weltman, Patrica Parkes and former MP Graham Evans agree with local residents who have been writing in to Northwich Guardian that Labour controlled Cheshire West and Chester Council's car parking charges in Northwich, soon to be acorss the borough, "It will kill town" by disincentivising shoppers to come to the town.
